Q: How much are classes?
A: We offer a few options for adult dancers. Our standard drop-in rate is $20.
For puchpasses we offer a standard $150/10 pass with discounts for dance parents ($125/10 pass) and students ($100/10 pass). We also offer a monthly unlimited membership for $100.
Q: How many students are in a class?
A: We will run a class if even 1 person attends, but most of our classes are small with 6-10 dancers.
Q: Can I perform?
A: Yes! Our adult program offers dancers the chance to dance at our Winter Gala, our Spring Recital, and Summer Fam Fest events. Performing is not required or expected, but it is a bonus for those who like performing and attend technique classes (ballet, jazz, hip hop, modern, tap).
Q: What do I wear?
A: Short answer: whatever you want. Most of our fitness class attendees like leggings and tank tops. For dance classes, we have a mix of people who prefer athletic wear or dance attire.
Q: Do I have to wear a leotard?
A: Nope!
Q: Do you have shoes I can borrow?
A: Yes, our youth program includes attire, so we have extras for adults
Q: I have an injury/disability/pregnancy/chronic condition. Can I attend class?
A: As long as your doctor approves, we would love to have you. A few classes to get you started on your dance fitness journey are Core Flex (strength and mobility), Pathways (neuro-supportive dance), and Weighted Ballet Barre (ballet with resistance). These all move slower and many of our community who want a more gentle class lean this way.
