B-Series Adult Fitness Classes:
Barre: Systematically lengthen and sculpt your muscles to create a lean and beautiful body. Utilizing your own body weight, small hand weights, and other simple props, your muscles are targeted to the point of fatigue and then immediately stretched for relief. Unlike other barre classes, our classes add cardio and high-intensity interval training for maximum fat-burning. Attire: workout attire, barefeet.
Blast: Dance your heart out with upbeat, choreographed dances in all styles: hip-hop, lyrical, Bollywood, salsa, and even tap! After dancing to 10+ multidimensional songs, spend 15 minutes with strength exercises to keep those calories burning all day! Attire: workout attire and sneakers.
Bridge to Blast: Learn 1-2 Blast songs, broken down with time for questions. Attire: workout attire and sneakers.
Technique Classes
Ballet: This classical dance class will feature barre and centre work. Proper placement, musicality, balance, flexibility, and poise will be foundational. Attire: fitness attire or leotard/tights/ballet skirt. Ballet shoes. Hair in bun or pulled up.
Cardio Hip Hop: It's a dance party for your weeknight! Learn Hip Hop technique and infuse it with your own flair. Attire: workout attire, clean sneakers or barefeet.
Cardio Tap: A non-stop cardio workout of tap dance. Tap drills are paired with upbeat music to help you learn or fine-tune your tap skills while getting a great workout. Attire: workout attire, socks/tights, tap shoes.
Modern: An all-level movement class based on the techniques of Lester Horton and other dance masters such as Martha Graham and José Limon. Includes floor work, cardio movements across the floor, and choreography. Attire: dance leotard or form-fitting layers; capris, barefeet or foot undies.
Tap: Feel the beat! Learn the basics of rhythm and technique to dance out your tap dreams. An upbeat, cardio filled class with lots of great music and fun rhythm exercises. Attire: workout attire, socks/tights, tap shoes.

Zumba: No dance experience is required and two left feet participants are welcome. Classes are easy to follow and fitness-focused. Dance routines take a trip around the world, including hip hop, salsa, belly dancing, merengue, Bollywood just to name a few. This is a high-energy class that uses interval inspired training, fast songs followed by slower songs. Low and high modifications are demonstrated for all ages and stages of fitness.
